Q. HOW MUCH WILL THE VACAY COST?

Initially 50 spots are available for the 2025 BLACKIVY Vacay. Due to high demand, we suggest registering ASAP. First-come, first served.

Q. HOW MANY SPOTS ARE THERE ON THE VACAY?

The registration process for the 2025 BLACKIVY Vacay starts in the Registration Portal. You will be instructed to answer a short questionnaire. After doing so, you will receive an email via DocuSign within 24 - 48 hours with the Registration Form. Here you will indicate your room selection, roommates (if applicable), and card payment details. You may also choose to opt-in to Travel Insurance (highly recommended). Once you complete and sign the form, our travel agent will process your payment thereby securing your spot.

Q. WHAT IS THE REGISTRATION PROCESS?

Your spot on the 2025 BLACKIVY Vacay will be secure upon submitting a non-refundable $250 deposit. Payments will be processed by our travel agent, Vivenne Birch, following the completion of the registration form via DocuSign. Visit the registration portal to secure your spot.

Q. HOW DO I ENSURE MY SPOT IS SECURE?

Yes, you maybe bring a guest, provided that you are in a romantic relationship with that person. At this time, we do not have capacity for guests that are not significant others (e.g. roommates, friends, family, etc.) Limit of one guest per member. You may register your guest using the registration portal. * Please note that all guests will be responsible for their own payment. The Vacay will also contain some programming for members only.
