This will allow us to send you an email with your registration form via DocuSign.

2. COMPLETE REGISTRATION
FORM VIA DOCUSIGN
After completing the questionnaire, you will receive an email with your registration form via DocuSign. There you will indicate your room selection (single, double, or triple), roommates (if applicable), and card payment details. You may also choose to opt-in to Travel Insurance (highly recommended).
*Please note there is limited number of single, double, and triple rooms. They will be filled on a first-come-first-serve basis. If you have any questions about pricing, rooms, insurance, etc. please either reach out to our travel agent or blkivyclub@gmail.com.

3. PAYMENT WILL BE PROCESSED
BY OUR TRAVEL AGENT
On the Registration Form, you will be asked to provide your card payment details. Pricing for 2025 BLACKIVY Vacay is here. This will be used by our travel agent to process the initial deposit (non-refundable) and subsequent installments (due dates on Registration Form). Once your initial deposit payment has been made, your spot will be secured and a confirmation email will be sent to you.
*Should you have any questions about payment processing, non-refundability workarounds via travel insurance, or would feel safer providing payment details over the phone, please reach out directly to our travel agent.
